The Process

The following is a high-level summary of your home improvement processes. Read it to know how we can partner with you in your project, relax and let us have the honor of being a part of your amazing journey.

🔶Contact us to schedule a no-obligation, free consultation and an in-person discussion and visit your prospective project. We will perform a preliminary inspection and measurement to enable us to provide you with an order of magnitude in our next session.

🧡Depending on the scope, within days we will contact you to discuss the preliminary design (if applicable), time-line and a quote.

🔶Upon your approval, we will prepare the Contract, specifications and the schedule.

🧡A dedicated project manager and/or superintendent will be appointed to the project and will be your direct contact for any and all of your concerns. He / she will assist you with your temporary accommodation and even moving, if specified in the Contract.

🔶(Skip this stage if your Contract is not Design-Build). In case of a Design-Build Contract, we shall start the design process and schedule another session to show you the full drawings and/or computerized design and rendering to implement your final desired comments in the design. Just for your information, depending on the requirements and scope, the design costs approximately $1500 to $5000 for a -roughly- 2000 Sqft home or for the basement of such house. In a Design-Build Contract, this cost is buried into the the total cost, already.

🧡(Skip this stage if your project does not need a permit). Applying to the Committee of Adjustment and attending public hearings, if applicable, finalizing the drawings and obtaining permits are the steps before executing the project.

🔶Construction begins; we will regularly inform you of the progress of the Works and upon achieving specified time-lines and /or Milestones, will issue invoices as per the Contract. All Changes in the scope will be discussed with you and your approval will be obtained before proceeding. The later is spelled out clearly in the Contract.

🧡Upon completion of the project, our warranty will kick-in, according to the Contract. We will never abandon you. We will even assist you to move back to your house (see your Contract).
